Resource Management Innovations

I think it is critically important that our stakeholders know that the organizational disciplines, vision & values that we bring to client companies – we apply to ourselves. Would it surprise you to know (likely not if you knew Rick and the RMI Team) that we apply the principles of strategic planning personally?

For example, as president of RMI, I would want you to know that my personal:

• Vision (Where am I Going)
• Mission (How will I Get There)
• Management Principles, and
• Core Values

… are in complete alignment with those of Resource Management Innovations. Actually, that should come as no surprise, as RMI was birthed from a personal passion and a demonstrated commitment to my personal vision, mission, principles and values. In other words, "I cannot be what I am not." The power of a personal vision statement provides me with scope and clarity;

• My aim being not to invent, but discover.
• It is a means by which I bring clarity to destiny.
• It is a missional outflow of  ‘My Story’, and
• It is not an optional feeling.

SO WHAT? … Sounds 'touchy ~ feely' & kinda corporate you say? Well, ... by applying RMI's organizational development model personally … it has allowed me to:

• Reduce my work week - to one directed by me.
• Increased my income by over 100%.
• Reduced my expenses by over 30%.
• Allowing me to engage an intentional quality of life that honors my core values.

By bringing organization to the organism (the personal application of "linking strategy to execution") I have introduced the alignment of body, mind and spirit … the end result being a personal integrity. That is … an integrated whole.
