Bringing Organization to the Organism

Even The Local Church, Ministerial and Parish  must understand the importance of knowing what they are trying to achieve and how they are going to achieve it. RMI has been able to 'bring organization to the organism' in the non-profit sector by first defining the objective for what they wish to achieve and then linking that Vision (where are we going) directly to a Mission (how will we get there). Otherwise ... you may spend 40 years wandering in a desert for what is essentially an 11 day walk. We have more than a little historical precedent it seems.

For example, statistics in the North American church are grim. Churches who depart from original beliefs, purposes and practices suffer a loss of spiritual vitality - operating like secular institutions that just happen to have a Christian name. Unless churches develop insightful strategies to affect Vision and Mission ... they become another ineffective, albeit well intentioned institution.

 A senior pastor who had consulted with (and executed RMI's methodology) stated that with RMI's direction in Linking Vision to Mission, his church and ministry was the "most effective [it has been] in over 30 years."
