Rick has over 30 years of experience as an Organizational Development Consultant, working with individuals and organizations in establishing:
- Vision ('Where are we going') and
- Mission ('How will we get there ... intentionally').
He is one of few Canadians to have earned the International Personnel Management Association (IPMA) designation of Canadian Personnel Professional (CPP), recognized in all provinces and territories. This designation attests to the high standards and exceptional achievement Rick has realized within the Resource Management sector. Rick also brings a designation and real world practical experience in both Project and Process Management, ensuring client engagements are delivered on time, on budget.
Rick has served Fortune 500 and 100 companies positioning them as 'Employers of Choice' in a skills bull market. Rick has been invited to serve as adjunct faculty at the undergraduate and graduate level at universities in Canada, the United States and the Philippines.
Rick and his bride Joy have been married 36 years with two magnificent children Daniel and Amanda, who are just finishing their final undergrad year.They call Okotoks, Alberta home.
Rick's personal passions are a blend of family, Kananaskis and working 'hands on' on a client site.
